The bigger jobs, handled
These are the projects that need more than an hour and a toolbox — planned properly, priced fairly, and built to code.

Plumbing
Leaky faucets, running toilets, slow drains, garbage disposals, and fixture swaps — plus small pipe repairs under sinks and behind appliances. If it's a repair, not a repipe, it's on my list. Water where it shouldn't be doesn't wait, and neither do I.

Electrical
Light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, outlets, and switches — installed safely and up to code. Great for updating tired fixtures, adding an outlet where you need one, or finally getting that fan to stop wobbling.

Concrete
Walkways, small slabs, pads for sheds and AC units, steps, and crack repairs. Formed level, finished smooth, and cured right — a pad or path that stays put for decades, not seasons.

Fencing
Wood and vinyl fence repair and replacement — posts, panels, and gates. Whether a storm took out a section or the whole run has seen better days, I'll get your yard enclosed and looking sharp again.

Window & door installation
Interior and exterior doors, storm doors, window replacements, and hardware. Hung plumb, sealed tight, and operating smooth — so drafts, sticking, and squeaks are gone for good.
Straight answers about scope
I'm a handyman, not a full remodel crew — and I'll tell you plainly when a job is bigger than my list. If your project needs a specialist, I'll say so and point you in the right direction rather than take your money on work I can't stand behind.
